Welcome to Sunrise Villa - beautifully landscaped, property directly on a beautiful, secluded, soft pink, sand beach. This house has a huge deck for relaxing and listening to the surf. Built on a point of land, it has a breathtaking view along the coast and out to the sea.

This unique home with four bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms is ideal for families or groups. The bedrooms are located in wings separated from the main house allowing for individual privacy. The main importance of this feature is that anyone can go to bed early or get up late without being disturbed by other members of their party. Each room has either a queen-size or king-size bed as well as a twin bed. All the bedrooms in this home are non-smoking, large, spacious, and equipped with its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom being individually air conditioned.
The deck:  The most relaxing place, & the most breathtaking view, on Eleuthera !
Although this home has many fine features, the deck with its absolutely breathtaking view is the most impressive single feature. When on the deck you are 20-25 feet above the sea on a point of land. From there you have a magnificent view not only out over the reef and beach but along the coast as well. Guests spend many happy hours sitting under the shade of the roofed over table on the deck relaxing and listening to the sound of the surf.

  • Beautiful, Soft, Warm, Pink Sand Beach with a Nice Safe Area to Swim.
  • Very Safe for small children but they must be supervised.
  • Tall Pines on the Shore provide shade on the Beach.
  • Walk along the Beach for miles.
  • We have Four Mountain Bikes and Miles of Quiet Country Roads.
  • Rent a car or van and drive to Numerous Other Beaches where you can spend the day Picnicking, Snorkeling, and Swimming.
  • In evenings you can drive to a Different Local Restaurant/Nightclub or hire a local lady to cook and "eat out" right at home.
  • The Flower Gardens are by far the most spectacular on Eleuthera.
  • The Four-acre Sanctuary is loaded with Flowers and Beautiful Landscaping.
  • Everywhere you go you will find the local people, warm, friendly, and eager to make you feel at home.

The Island named Freedom:

 The island named Eleuthera is situated in the Bahamas. The word "Eleuthera" comes from the Greek word for freedom. The trees on Eleuthera are untouched by companies who would make there money from cutting down trees. Fish and other sea creatures give up their own freedom for the survival of the inhabitants. Tourists come to Eleuthera to relax. Being such a small, sparsely populated island, Eleuthera is free of social expectations, pollution, and other contributing stress factors. To anyone who is used to a high-pressure lifestyle or harsh winters, the warm soft pink beaches, the graceful palms, and the beautiful ocean represent true freedom.
